This looks very much like the South Outlet at Sunderland, if you were to walk down and through the bridge on the Hendon road it was in that vicinity, They had four different stations at Sunderland all on the Hendon side the new Stations are on the other side one in the Marina and one on the Sea Front. The Lifeboat on the slipway, was named Richard and Nellie Hodgers, on number 368 Placed on Station in 1894 to 98 she was a 38 ft pulling lifeboat.
