William Miller, crew member of Seaham Lifeboat 34 years, coxwain 24 years from 1895-1919. He had served on the "Sisters Carter of Harrogate", "Skynner", "Bradford" and "Elliot Galer", the last three as cox'n. He was succeeded by REH Miller William Miller died April 22 1926 aged 66.
